At The Bowler Pub and Kitchen we have spent many years researching pubs, restaurants and any establishment that serves alcohol and food under one roof, it wasnít a horrible job mind you, but we were still working! We wanted to find out what people wanted on their food menuís when dining out, what dishes were time-honoured favourites, like Beer Battered Fish and Chips with mushy peaís and which dishes delighted peoples senses like Roast Pork Belly with honey crackling, horseradish mash and apple sauce. Most of all we wanted to create a menu which everyone could enjoy, a menu which had all your favourite things on and a place where you could come in feel at home but not have to wash up the dishes.
After travelling the world and working at some of Londonís top restaurants and bars. We truly do believe that we have achieved a perfect balance of great food, in a relaxed atmosphere with an extensive drinks list.
